Join us on Wednesday 20th May for an Online Talk on ADHD & Exercise with Sonia Ponzo – ADHDer, psychologist and creator of the Outset Wellness App.

This session will be part of our Move For Your Mind series, a brand-new campaign which aims to make exercise accessible for adults living with ADHD. 

Made possible with the kind support of Sport England’s The Movement Fund, our Move for Your Mind campaign will give you the chance to learn more about the link between ADHD and exercise, try out different ways of moving your body, and get ADHD-friendly tips on developing an exercise routine you can actually stick with. 

Our Online Talk will take place from 7pm – 8pm on Wednesday 20th May.

During the session, we’ll explore why exercise is a powerful ally for those of us living with ADHD. We’ll discuss why ADHD brains can sometimes struggle to maintain a regular exercise routine, and how technology (like the Outset app) can be used to your advantage.

There will be the chance to ask questions and share your experiences. If you prefer, you can also submit questions in advance.

Attendees will also receive a discount code for the Outset Wellness app – the ADHD-friendly exercise planner that helps to get you moving in ways that suit your brain.
