What Can You Expect From ADHD Connect?

Regular in-person social events including coffee mornings, book club meets, walk and talk events and craft sessions.

Women’s Support Network

Our monthly women’s group is an opportunity for women and non-binary people to explore how their experiences can often differ when it comes to ADHD.

Talks

In-person talks and workshops on a variety of ADHD related topics, from family and relationships to employment and diagnosis support.

Frequently Asked Questions

No, not at all! Many of our members are awaiting a diagnosis or simply suspect that they may have ADHD and find it useful listening to others’ experiences. We also fully support self-diagnosis.

Becoming a member of ADHD Connect is simple (and free!). All you need to do is fill out the registration form below. Once completed, you’ll gain access to our Discord channel and monthly newsletter.

Please note that you don’t need to become a member to come along to our events. However, we recommend signing up to stay in touch with the community.

We are primarily a social group focussed on peer support and building connections. We run a variety of social events including book club meets, coffee mornings, craft sessions and walk & talk events. Please check out ‘events’ section to find out more.

If you’re coming along to one of our social events, we ask for a donation of £3 per person, which helps to keep the events running. If you’re out of work or the fee is an issue, that’s no problem. Just drop us an email to let us know at adhdconnectinfo@gmail.com.
