A welcoming community to connect adults with ADHD in Merseyside
Through our regular social events we foster connection, understanding and support for adults with ADHD.
We believe in the power of community and shared experience.
ADHD Connect is a social group for adults with ADHD.
We host monthly events, with the aim for everyone to unmask and be themselves, without facing shame or stigma.
Events and Meet-ups
Regular in-person events including social gatherings, walks, and group discussions designed to build a sense of community and shared understanding.
Walk and Talk
Casual, relaxed walks where you can enjoy physical activity while engaging in supportive conversations with fellow members. It’s a great way to stay active and connect.
Open Mic Nights
Our creative and interactive social events allow members to express themselves, showcase talents, and connect through shared interests in a fun and relaxed setting.
Online Social Platform
Whether you’ve never been to an event before, or you’d like to carry on the conversation with someone you met at a social. Become a free member and you’ll be able to access our free Discord channel.
Empowering our members through community and peer support
