About ADHD Connect
Creating a supportive community for adults with ADHD in Liverpool
ADHD Connect is a community group created by neurodivergents, for neurodivergents.
We are working to build an open, supportive community for adults with ADHD in Liverpool, giving us the chance to flourish in a world that often leaves us feeling like we don’t belong.
Our social events in Liverpool allow adults with ADHD to connect with others, share their experiences and drop the mask without fear of judgement.

Our Story
Hey! We’re Hannah and Jess, and we’re the co-founders of ADHD Connect.
We were strangers before we became flatmates in October 2022, and we’d never have guessed that, in the weeks that followed, we would both be diagnosed with ADHD.
Navigating an adult ADHD diagnosis can be mind-boggling in many ways, often leaving us with more questions than it answers.
What we discovered, however, was just how valuable it was to have someone to share the journey with.
ADHD Connect was born out of the belief that every person with ADHD deserves access to an understanding, supportive community.
The more we come together and share our stories, the closer we get to creating a more accepting, inclusive society.

ADHD Connect is built by our members, for our members.
Each person who joins brings their own unique story, experiences and strengths, creating a vibrant and supportive community where people can feel less alone.
Hannah and Jess, our co-founders, started ADHD Connect to fill a gap they felt in their own lives—a place for adults with ADHD to feel understood, supported and celebrated.
Today, ADHD Connect is so much more than just an idea. It’s a community brought to life by the incredible individuals who share, support and inspire each other every day.
