What can you expect?
This is an open space for women and non-binary people, where we will be discussing and exploring how our experiences as women may differ when it comes to ADHD.
For this month’s session we’re encouraging people to bring arts & crafts that they’re working on, or haven’t yet started. We will provide quick & easy craft materials for those who don’t have any. If crafting isn’t your thing and you’d like to come along and simply chat with others – then that’s fine too!
This event is for anyone who identifies as a woman, and non-binary people with diagnosed, self-diagnosed or suspected ADHD.
Where will the event be taking place?
Brink Café in Liverpool City Centre, which can be found at 15-21 Parr Street, please find the street view link
What time will the event be running?
The session will start at 6pm. It will run for 2 hours and you can take breaks whenever you’d like. Please don’t worry if you’re unable to arrive until later on, or if you can’t stay until the very end – feel free to come and go as you please.
Do you need to have an ADHD diagnosis to attend?
No, not at all! Many of our group members suspect they may have ADHD, or are waiting for a diagnosis, and find it useful speaking to others in the group.
Accessibility & Inclusivity
The venue is step-free and has a ramp at the entrance.
We welcome all women with ADHD regardless of their gender, sexuality, ethnicity, age or religion. We have a zero discrimination policy and anyone inciting hate of any kind won’t be given a second chance.
Community Guidelines
We ask that all participants read and respect our community group guidelines before attending this event.
