What can you expect?
This is an informal, monthly meetup to give adults with ADHD the opportunity to meet likeminded people in a relaxed and friendly setting. Feel free to come along and share your ADHD experiences, discuss resources & day-to-day adjustments, or even just have a drink and a natter.
If it’s your first time at one of our events, please arrive at 10.50AM and we can give you an intro into who we are and what you can expect on the day.
What time will the event be running?
Our ADHD Connect Weekend Socials take place on the second Saturday of every month.
There’s no pressure to arrive at 11am or stay until the very end – feel free to come and go as you please.
Do you need to have an ADHD diagnosis to attend?
No, not at all! Many of our group members suspect they may have ADHD, or are waiting for a diagnosis, and find it useful speaking to others in the group.
Where should I go when I arrive?
The cafĂ© is on the side of St George’s Hall which faces the bus station. You will be welcomed by St George’s Hall volunteers, who can show you to the space.
How much will the event cost?
The event is ÂŁ3 per person, which goes straight back into the organisation. We will have card machines at the event, so you can pay on the day when you arrive.
If you’d like to come along but are out of employment, or the cost is a problem, please email adhdconnectinfo@gmail.com.
