29 June @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
£3
What can you expect?
This is a walking event for adults with suspected or diagnosed ADHD to meet like-minded individuals in a friendly, relaxed setting.
We’ll be taking a stroll around Sefton Park, and chatting as we walk. The walk will take around 45 – 60 minutes. If the weather is nice, we’ll find a spot to sit down afterwards and there’ll be optional outdoor games. Feel free to bring snacks along for a picnic if you like, too!
What time will the event be running?
We’ll meet at 1pm opposite the Oasis in the Park café, and we’ll start walking at around 13:10pm. Please try and arrive on time or early so that we can all set off together.
Where will we be meeting?
We will be meeting at the fountain opposite Oasis in the Park.
Health & safetyÂ
Please complete this consent form here once you’ve purchased a ticket. Everyone who is walking on the day will need to sign one and it will save us time on the day.
Do you need to have an ADHD diagnosis to attend?
No, not at all! Many of our group members suspect they may have ADHD, or are waiting for a diagnosis, and find it useful speaking to others in the group.
How much will the event cost?
Tickets cost £3 and any money raised covers future event costs and any surplus will enable us to host more events in the future!
We’ll have a card machine with us, so you can pay by card on the day.
If you are unemployed or the £3 fee is an issue for you, please get in touch with us at adhdconnectinfo@gmail.com and we can offer you a free spot.
Please note that you are welcome to bring dogs with you. If you would like to bring your dog, please only bring them if they are well-behaved. Please also be aware of attendees that you’re walking with and just double check that they’re OK with dogs.
We’d love to take photos on the day of the group (no close-ups, we promise). If you don’t want to be included in any of the group shots, please let Jess or Jonathan know on the day.
