19 September @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Free – £3.00
Join us at Liverpool Watersports Centre at Queen’s Dock on Saturday 19th September for a coach-led kayaking session.
Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned paddler, this one-hour adventure invites you to glide across the water, taking in stunning waterfront views and iconic cityscapes. Feel the fresh breeze, enjoy the freedom of open water, and explore at your own pace with stable, easy-to-use kayaks.
The kayaking session will last for one hour from 2pm until 3pm and will be led by a coach. After the kayaking, you can join us at the cafe next door, where you can meet and chat with other members of our ADHD community.

How to find us
Liverpool Watersports Centre is located on Queens Dock. Please arrive around 10-15 minutes early to allow enough time to get settled.
The event hosts greeting you on the day will be wearing rainbow-coloured ‘volunteer’ lanyards. They will be stood at the top of the ramp near the entrance. Please keep an eye out and they will show you where to check in at Reception, as you will need to fill in a waiver upon arrival.
