What can you expect?
This is an informal social event to give adults with suspected or diagnosed ADHD the opportunity to meet like-minded people and play some board games in a relaxed and friendly setting.
We will bring a variety of games with us! Or you can bring your own favourites from home if you’d prefer. The only game we avoid is Cards Against Humanity as we don’t want anyone to feel upset or offended.
Don’t worry if you’ve never played the games before – there will be someone on hand to explain and answer any questions you may have. They will all be quick and easy to pick up games, think along the lines of Jenga.
What time will the event be running?
The event will be running from 6.30pm-8.30pm.
There’s no pressure to arrive at 6.30pm or stay until the very end – feel free to come and go as you please.
Do you need to have an ADHD diagnosis to attend?
No, not at all! Many of our group members suspect they may have ADHD, or are waiting for a diagnosis, and find it useful speaking to others in the group.
How much will the event cost?
The tickets cost £5.00. Unfortunately we cannot refund tickets if you’re unable to make it.
If you are low-income or unemployed then please give us a message, and we can offer you a free or subsidised ticket.
NB: We’ll be taking a few photos at the event for us to use on socials and on our website. If you don’t want to be in the photos, please just let us know.
