1. ADHD Connect Liverpool
ADHD Connect is a community for adults with ADHD in Liverpool, who offer a range of events where you can meet fellow ADHDers and access peer-to-peer support. From monthly weekend socials and board game nights, to their monthly ADHD Book Club and ADHD & Women Workshops, there are a range of events each month for you to attend. You’ll feel at home in the company of fellow neurodivergents who truly understand your experience. Diagnosed, self-diagnosed or just curious, everyone is welcome!

2. The ADHD Foundation
Based in Liverpool City Centre, The ADHD Foundation are the UK’s leading neurodiversity charity. They offer support to those with neurodevelopment conditions such as ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, DCD, Dyscalculia, OCD and Tourette’s syndrome. If you’re thinking of pursuing a diagnosis, The ADHD Foundation offer pre-diagnostic ADHD screenings. You can also find online resources on topics like access to work, how to care for a loved one with ADHD, diagnosis support and more.
They are also the UK’s leading provider of training in ADHD and neurodevelopment conditions, with interactive courses for health care providers, educators and businesses.

3. Ladders of Life
Ladders of Life is a support group for adults living with ADHD and Autism, with weekly meet-ups in Liverpool. They welcome anyone who is looking for help or advice for themselves or a loved one, and offer support without prejudice or judgement. They also offer 1:2:1 appointments for pre-booking only.

4. The Brain Charity
The Brain Charity champion neurodiversity. They help anyone affected by a neurological condition to re-build their lives and achieve their potential. They provide practical help, emotional support and social activities to thousands of people across the UK. Not to mention, they also offer support for their families, friends and carers.Â
Thanks to The Brain Charity, people living with ADHD can access practical help, counselling, group therapy and social activities (such as shared reading circles, craft sessions and ukulele lessons!) to improve wellbeing and help combat lonelines

5. ADDvanced Solutions
A Community Interest Company with offices in Liverpool, St Helens, Manchester, and Warrington, ADDvanced Solutions offer information, advice and guidance for families of neurodivergent children and young people. They share knowledge and strategies to support learning, social, communication, sensory, emotional and mental health needs.
