ADHD Groups In The UK That We Love
24 May, 2025
Whether you’re recently diagnosed and looking for information or on the hunt for resources and community, we’ve put together a list of our favourite ADHD Groups in the UK.
The ADHD Adults

ADHDAdultUK is a UK-based charity who provide evidence-based resources, support, and advocacy for adults living with ADHD in the UK.
Founded by Professor James Brown and Professor Alex Conner, they provide people with the relevant knowledge and tools to navigate the challenges and barriers that people living with ADHD can often come up against.
They offer online resources on a whole range of topics, from ADHD and parenting and ADHD in the workplace, to diagnosis support and tools to manage your ADHD. And it doesn’t stop there! They also have handy video guides, a lively Discord community, a hilarious podcast, and much more.
Check them out here.
ADHD Babes

ADHD Babes are a London-based support group for Black women and non-binary people with ADHD.
They are fighting to break down the barriers that restrict their community from gaining access to diagnosis and support, and in doing so empower their members through community, creativity, explorative learning, and healing spaces.
Offering a variety of events, including a weekly online support group, body-doubling, knit & sip socials (and more!), ADHD Babes create safe spaces for Black women and non-binary people with ADHD to connect, socialise and share lived experiences.

We Are Paying Attention

We are Paying Attention is an inclusive and welcoming online community for adults with ADHD and autism.
If you’re looking for relatable, honest and unapologetic content to make you feel like you’re not alone, we can’t recommend their Instagram account highly enough.
Check out their website too, where you will find a variety of handy resources (lots of them are free!) and toolkits to help you navigate life as an Autistic, ADHDer, or AuDHDer. Some of our favourites include their daily/monthly check-in sheet, routine reminders and journal prompts & hacks.
They also offer training courses for businesses on how to create a more neurodiverse work culture and how to design a workplace that benefits everyone.
You can find them here.
ADHD Foundation

Based in Liverpool, the ADHD Foundation is the UK’s leading neurodiversity charity, offering support for neurodiverse children and adults through advocacy, support and research.
They offer pre-diagnostic screenings through their Neurodiversity Clinic, ADHD Coach courses and neurodiverse training courses for businesses, school and higher education.
If you’re looking for resources to help you or your loved one navigate life with ADHD, you can also find a whole range of articles, guides and webinars available through their website.

ADHDAF

Founded by Laura Mears-Reynolds, ADHDAF is a podcast and online community for ADHD adults of margianlised genders.
Their charity (ADHDAF+) aims to connect like-minded locals to access invaluable ADHD support from people who ‘just get it’. They run local, in-person support groups across the UK in Birmingham, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, London and Manchester.
In equal parts wildly chaotic and brilliantly informative, the ADHDAF podcast has created an online community of dedicated followers who find value in sharing their stories. They also host retreats, body doubling, online quizzes and more!
