ADHD Connect is a social enterprise created by neurodivergents, for neurodivergents.
We are committed to building an open, supportive community for adults living with ADHD in Merseyside and its surrounding areas.
Our mission is to create an inclusive, safe space where we can drop the mask, connect with others and access the support we need to unlock our true potential.
Hey! We’re Hannah and Jess, and we’re the co-founders of ADHD Connect.
We were strangers before we became flatmates in October 2022, and we’d never have guessed that, in the weeks that followed, we would both be diagnosed with ADHD.
Navigating an adult ADHD diagnosis can be mind-boggling in many ways, often leaving us with more questions than it answers. What we discovered, however, was just how valuable it was to have someone to share the journey with.
ADHD Connect was born out of the belief that every person with ADHD deserves access to an understanding, supportive community. The more we come together and share our stories, the closer we get to creating a more accepting, inclusive society.
