DESCRIPTION:What can you expect? \nThis is an informal\, monthly meetup to give adults with ADHD the opportunity to meet likeminded people in a relaxed and friendly setting. Feel free to come along and share your ADHD experiences\, discuss resources & day-to-day adjustments\, or even just have a drink and a natter. \nIf it’s your first time at one of our events\, it is usually quieter at the beginning so we’d advising arriving at 10.50AM (if you can) and we can give you an intro into who we are and what you can expect at the social. \nWhat time will the event be running? \nOur ADHD Connect Weekend Socials take place on the second Saturday of every month. \nThere’s no pressure to arrive at 11am or stay until the very end – feel free to come and go as you please. \nDo you need to have an ADHD diagnosis to attend? \nNo\, not at all! Many of our group members suspect they may have ADHD\, or are waiting for a diagnosis\, and find it useful speaking to others in the group. \nWhere should I go when I arrive? \nWe’ll have a table reserved and there will be ADHD Connect volunteers there to greet you. \nHow much will the event cost? \nThe event is £3 per person\, which goes straight back into the organisation. We will have card machines at the event\, so you can pay on the day when you arrive. \nIf you’d like to come along but are out of employment\, or the cost is a problem\, please email adhdconnectinfo@gmail.com.
